Spinning spinning and more spinning

Spinning Retreat Feb. 19-20-21

Gather your spinning wheels, gadgets and more  head  to Susan's Spinning Retreat. Do not forget to bring lazy kates, ball winders, extra bobbins, hand cards, well just a plethora of items that go along with your travels.

The event is held at the Columbus Super 8 Hotel in Columbus, Wi. the hotel room is $72 and the event is $40 for the weekend or $20 per day or $10 per 3 hours. If you want to sell items the Vendor fee is $40 NO EXCEPTIONS.

Susan is on hand to mentor you and give you advice for fixing your wheel or get going on improving your spinning. Just hang out and meet new friends. Stop by the shop and see the sheep. Susan will show how to wash locks individually.

We will be working on carding with electric carder to make gradient batts to spin.

Learn a great new way to put beads on your yarn simple and easy. Want to comb fiber now is the time and the place to learn.

Come on over to the event. We spin till all hours of the night. Just bring your good humor to the event and spin.

This week has been a snowy one, but the appearance of the sun made the snow all worth it. What a lovely couple of days we have  had here in Wisconsin. Susan's has had many visitors seeing the sheep and Max the shop dog.
